    OUR SANITARY MEASURES COVID 19

    Security

    - All staff members wear masks and have sanitising gel. They will apply preventive measures and wash their hands as regularly as possible and after each interaction with guests/other staff.

    - Hydroalcoholic gel dispensers at free disposal.

    - Room service breakfast only, instead of the usual open buffet to avoid interactions.

    - Luggage are collected directly in the car to minimize physical contacts.

    - Our fitness room is available for one guest and will be cleaned after use.

    Disinfection

    - All common areas are fully cleaned after each use.

    - All handles, switches, lift buttons and room keys will be systematically disinfected after each use.

    - Only NR EN 14476 standard disinfectant detergents will be used.

    - After each departure, the rooms are ventilated for a minimum of 3 hours and cleaned with the utmost vigilance.

    - Rooms will not be re-let for 24 hours after guest departure (subject to availability).

    - All linen and courtesy products available in the room will be systematically changed before re-letting.
